Great Location but rooms now showing their age

Location, Location, Location
Great place to stay due to its central location, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Generally clean. However the decor and fittings, including exterior decks are now showing their age and in need of maintenance. If you don't care about the decor and just want a comfy bed for the night (and don't cook) then its fine.

Great Location BUT No Hot Tub

Location, Size of rooms, great view.
We travel to Queenstown annually to snowboard. A prerequisite for us is that is must is a Hot Tub. The pictures on Agoda quite clearly show one however they no longer do and this really frustrated us as it was the key thing we are after. The location was superb being in the heart of Queenstown, however they need to work on a few things. There were 3 Lights not working in the room so maybe the maintenance and checking of the apartment before people check in should be done, the showers need upgrading they are old and designed for people who are 5 foot 5. The staff are friendly but not on the ball. Parking is tight and jammed in and is $10 a day extra and the Internet Wifi wasn't the cheapest but worked well. With the rooms under and behind furniture was not as clean as it should be. All up the Lofts were comfortable for what we needed they have a reasonable kitchen in the 3 bedroom apartment although we never used it as we ate out for every meal, the beds/sheets were clean and comfortable and the room was well priced. We would stay there again if it had the hot tub.

Motel opposite the town centre

Location, cosy living area and large room space
Very conveniently location opposite the town centre, Very cosy and homely feeling. However, one point to note is hot water for bathing and washing runs too quickly, especially when you have a group staying together. Value for money too!

Good Central Location

Location is within easy walking distance to go around the town. Rooms are ok. Place has no meals but there are plenty of eating places nearby. Staff member charged us NZ$30.75 for a 10.47 minute phone call to Australia. According to other places we stayed at in NZ, we were ripped off.If you are stuck, stay here, otherwise look else where.

Parking was a big problem and the rooms are old and tied.

A good place to stay in Queenstown

Clean, central, quaint
The flat is clean and well-designed, with a very central location on shotover street (but no view on the lake). The furniture is a bit worn out and the carpet could be changes, but it has many facilities (kitchen, tumble dryer, washing machine, wifi). The car park is far too small, but one can parl easily (and for free) ob the lake shore nearby. all in all, it is a decent (but not outstanding) place to stay in Queenstown.
