Out of Centre, Loud till Late, Cold

Large Room, Great Shower & they put the heating back on when i asked (after turning it off to save money) Gee thanks
The bar below us was very very loud till late. We checked in earlywhich was great. The staff had poor manners. They kept turning the heating off to save money. I asked 3 times for it to go back on & thay mades excuses ti why it had gone off. Great shower loads of hot water & good pressure. It stated .4 of a mile from the centre, no way at least 1.5 to graffton street.
