noisy, old, dirty
Terrible. It was a disaster to spend a night in this hotel. I checked out in very next morning even though the 3-night fee was unrefundable.

very disappointed

I was a little surprised to find out that the reception and our room was not actually connected and we had to go outside to get to reception. We got into the room and the window had obviously been opened to air out the room which is understandable, however we soon found out that either the heating did not work or was not connected to our room as during the night the room was absolutely freezing and we had to sleep with our coats on regardless of the fact that I had turned the radiator on. The bathroom shower and the cup holder for toothbrushes had not been cleaned properly. The rooms were not as described on the website (modern), everything was wooden and the decorations were very old looking apart from the bed covers and the TV in the room. was also quite unsettled at the fact that when leaving your room to visit the town, you have to hand the room keys into reception. I do not agree with this as I had paid for the room for the time of my stay but had to pick my keys up when entering the room again, also the fact that all of my belongings are in the room did not help me feel any better about the situation. Although, I cannot complain about the staff as they were all very lovely and welcoming.

close to street, day staff very friendly, clean
Very close to street and there are Christmas market 3 mins walk away during my stay. No lift and narrow spiral staircase difficult to walk up if you are with big luggage. Day staff is very good and friendly but the night staff is fierce and rude. The next room heater is not working, they asked us to help call the staff to fix it and he answer rudely said he is very busy and we are not the only one he is serving.

Very pleasant stay right in the heart of the city

Location, friendly staff and great for nightlife

overnight budget stay

central location
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Accommodation was basic but enough for an overnight stay. Unfortunately, all outside activity was clearly audible with noisy passers-by until 6am. Do something about the sound proofing and you will get more return guests

Central location and very friendly staff

Central location, friendly staff and reasonably priced.
I was only staying for one night as I was meeting old friends. I stumbled across the hotel online and was attracted to it by its central location. My single room was well proportioned and very comfortable. The breakfast was good although I wrongly assumed that my cooked breakfast was included but I had to pay a surcharge. My room was also straight across from a very busy nightclub so luckily I had ear plugs packed with me! I would advise others to do the same!
