Breakfast buffet was very poor and the restaurant/room service menu was very limited. It would be useful if a copy of the menu was available in the rooms. A requested alarm call was not made. Otherwise all OK.

Very reasonable and enjoyable
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our toilet sprang a leak and they upgraded us to a bigger room. The breakfast offered a lot of options. Very good whether you like a western style or Asian style breakfast. Rooms are a little on the small side, but if you are only planning on sleeping in the room, it's a good deal for the price.

totally satisfied
I don't think this hotel can have enough criteria for 3 stars. But in general, acceptable price, great location to shopping centers, very clean (they even folded my clothes for me as I left a mess when I was rush to the meeting). The staff was helpful and friendly even the cleaner, except for the staff in the kitchen (she might need more sleep?!). The breakfast was ok. My room was mini breakfast type, no window, so should stay there 1-3 nights, otherwise you will feel quite stifling (which I did)

Really good
We stayed at the Moonite because it was close to the British Embassy so we could get the necessary paperwork sorted, lovely little hotel spotlessly clean and with easy reach of the Sky train and shopping plazas. My new Thai wife agreed with me over the excellent food although only a small menu but we'll worth the money. We were in a Midi Room at the front but still not much noise. The staff were lovely and helpful too. If I needed to stay in this part of Bangkok again I would hesitate to stay here. If I needed to be in this part of Bangkok

Great for the price
It's 10 minutes to night market and pratunam shopping centre. Great price for short stay. Ferry only across the road to any where around Bangkok.

Very Good 3 night stay at Moonite
I can said it's a good stay at this hotel as the arrival and check in is quite pleasant. Room, Breakfast was good and 10 mins of walking distance to BTS (650m), alternately I use to take the watergate taxi (speedboat) at the wireless pier just situated at the right side of this hotel underneath the bridge to pratunam, 9 baht/person very convenient. Prepare to walk as much because taxi nearby normally want a fix rate to come to his hotel. Will definately stay again in future!

Value for money
Price, breakfast and staff
We stayed at Moonite for 3 nights. Staff were nice and helpful. It was a bit difficult to get a taxi in this area as the drivers will ask first where our destination was. About 15 minutes walk to Platinum Mall in Pratunam area. Breakfast was good. Room was ok. Bathroom needs to be cleaned up well as there are some molds showing up on the grout of the tiles. On our last night, there was no hot water in the shower. But overall, we had a nice stay.
