Overall good!

Quiet, Spacious, Acceptable
For the brief one night we were there, everything was fine except for a few things that could be improved on.

My Horror Trip to the Nest Boutique
I arrived in KL on Sunday afternoon. Tired and keen on checking in, I asked a family friend to drive me to the hotel. Here is where the nightmare began. Calling the hotel reception for help was not useful at all to locate the hotel. Instructions were vague and the staff seemed unhelpful. Arriving at the hotel, i provided the staff with my agoda booking sheet and she didn't even know how to proceed. She had to make 4 phone calls to find out how to proceed! This was on top of how rude i perceived her to be - no gretting, indifferent, unhelpful, disinterested and she simply snatched the booking sheet out of my hands. I was given a room on the FIRST FLOOR - normally i don't have any issue with this, except it was right behind the receptionist's desk and all concepts of privacy were non existent. When i asked for another room, she said there were only two of my type of room available. Room condition - it looked like a prison, with a small window near the ceiling that wouldn't allow you to escape even if you wanted to. There were scratch marks on the wall just above where you would've put your head making it seem like someone was tortured there. The room condition overall seemed dilapidated and lacked care or a fresh coat of paint. Overall i felt depressed just to be in the room. The toilet seemed like a better option to sleep in! I hope will review this hotel and update the images of the hotel against the images provided on the website as it is immensely misleading.

Quite Disappointed!

Bed and room are reasonably clean
My room was very close to the reception. It was playing loud rock music over the night. Could not have good quality sleep! The shower place got long hairs near the drainage whereas my hair is short. No people cleaned the room after I went outside.

Value for money, with good internet

Price, internet and room layout
I stayed 2 nights for work not too far form there and it was fine. There was some nightlife nearby and a bit noisy on one night but I could close the window and use aircon and use the fast internet.

Great Service but small single rooms

Excellent Service, Good Washrooms, Good Location
Very Comfortable, but rooms were small. Location is good but in rush hours alot of cab drivers would not come here. 10-15 minutes drive to mid-valley mall.
