Noisey room from road noise, dirty all round. Glad we didn't eat here -I saw the kitchen!

Local authority temporary accommodation
Leaving. Hot water in the taps. Tesco's a few minutes away.
Dreadful, would have gone elsewhere if I could have found a room. Was happy to loose the £45 paid online for the booking. Gross misrepresentation of the accommodation on the website. Shame I cannot upload real pictures, even the staff were embarrassed.

It was somewhere safe to sepend the night.
The hotel was not as close to the airport as I imagined; but perhaps that was my fault for not reading the distance properly. I arrived late and the lady on reception was very kind and kept my heavy bag in the office so that I did not have to lug it up the stairs to my room. Next morning I went down to breakfast and the restaurant was not opened. I thought I had made a mistake as to its location. I rang the bell at the unattended reception; rang the phone number and got no reply and hung around for more than an hour before the lady appeared. I even knocked on the door of the restaurant and no one replied. If I had not met a guy outside I would have thought the hotel was completely empty. I could not even leave because my bag was in the office. Eventually the lady arrived and happily told me I should have rang her to get into the restaurant for breakfast - I had been for an hour!!! She was very courteous is showing me where to walk to get to the train platform which was nearby but I was not happy with this hotel and would not recommend it.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed in.
The exit, the exit and the exit
The carpet had not been hoovered in many days if not weeks. The bedsheets were blue in colour and had white stains on them and were creased as if they had been slept on. The shower was half plastered. There was a leather chair and a dirty old trouser press in what was supposed to be the bathroom. The bedside table had pictures stuck to it where a magazine had obviously been left on there in something sticky.I lasted about 45 minutes before I left the hotel and checked in at the Travelodge just up the road. Now that was nice, comfy, friendly and clean !

We have stayed in one of your hotels in hong kong which i think was so much better than the one in harlow but saying that i would stay there again as its close to my family while we are here on holiday thankyou so much ,

Big space for off-road car parking
I will not recommend this accomodation. Noisy due to poor insulation; dinghy breakfast room with poor service; the place smell of curry spices; room configuration, unattractive and unfunctional. Will not visit again.

A ne fréquenter que par obligation
Cet hôtel indiqué sur le site même de l'aéroport se situe en fait à 50 minutes de bus ( le trajet!). Confort acceptable, mais l'odeur de tabac du couloir pénètre dans la chambre. Les chambres sont mal insonorisées (voix, bruits de tuyauterie, etc.) Le frigidaire bruyant nous a dérangés durant la nuit et s'est avéré vide. Les indications pour se connecter au wifi ne sont pas utilisables.

由於酒店上載地址錯誤,我們由機場開車(11:45pm),直至(01:50am)才到達,導致自駕由的我們不能正常時間到達,非常不便. 因我們是工作關係,行理頗多,但酒店沒電梯,另我們非常不便,只好將部份行理箱放於車內. 雖有wifi提供,但網絡接受不良,對我們(商務客)造成非常不便. 房間不太清潔, 房內茶具等非常污漕, 完全不能使用. 第一晚入住,廁內沒有毛巾, 竟然第二天清潔工人查問回收毛巾? 房間服務欠佳.
