the hotel is overrated

location is just fine
First, the facilities are old. I choose a room without window because it's cheaper. However, it's not worth the money. Besides, a 4 star hotel even don't have shuttle service. And the taxi they called even higher than the airport taxi. Second, the place is a quite far from Sunday market( Gaya street). You need to walk for a long distance. Third, it's really noisy to stay here and you can easily hear the kids singing and shouting. It's not a good experience. I think the 3 star hotel even better than this

Location, parking and cleaness the room
Basically it's quite certified, only that the sound proud of not that good, mattress is a bit to old, but location is i the selling point that is in centre of the town.

Value For Money

The hotel is clean and comfortable.
The hotel is clean and comfortable. The cheapest room of the hotel just cost RM 160+. It definitely worth it for a 4 star hotel. It is just a 5 minutes drive from the hotel to the city, Gaya Street. The disadvantage of the hotel was the guest might unable to connect to the hotel wifi if he was staying at the basement room.

Friendly to solo traveller, and shopping trips

Eco friendly, excellent hospitality, location
I actually stayed for 3 days, but paid for 1 day only, other 2 days was sponsored. This hotel is the best in term of location. It is 5 min walk to Karamunsing Shopping centre, and I just walk there to have my dinner and window shopping. There were several other shopping centre - they provide scheduled shuttle service, which I think was really really helpful, and the driver was also friendly. In term of hospitality, I'm really satisfied. Food - nice, nothing extraordinary but fine. They also have gym and swimming pool, yay! Cost? Definitely worth it. I booked it from Agoda so I got a good deal :)
