Comfortable, but not great

Pool and fitness.
Two types of rooms; Asian (with raised floor, bed on floor, small sitting area) and Western (odd bed placement makes room cramped). Both have smallish bathrooms. Included breakfast is on 12th floor club lounge only. For 1st floor breakfast there is extra cost. Lifts operate independently. Must push both buttons, for both banks of lifts to respond. Location close to Metro (line 3-7-9) but still a 5-10min walk.

Nicely renovated, but overrated

room size, close to where I need to be.
Nicely renovated, but some things still old. Lifts are not coordinated. have to push both sides separately. Bathroom ok in size, but no shower stall. Raised floor in 1/2 the room looks nice, but bed on the floor makes for long way to get up. Nice seating corner for friends visiting, but takes up a lot of space. Close to Metro, but still 10min walk to trains.

The staff are very professional

the staff, the price for the room, it was near the bus station
When I book a NON-SMOKING room on a NON-SMOKING floor then I expect it to be NON-SMOKING. There was smoke in the hallways for the whole 2 days we were there, and nothing was done about it at all. The price of the food at the restaurants in the hotel was ridiculous considering all the options nearby. The staff were very professional, and very helpful, but it would have been nice to know that we needed to RESERVE A TIME TO USE THE POOL, and nobody explained that we might have to do that, so when we went to use the pool because my son loves the water, we were told that we would have to wait until there was an available time. It should say something about that possibility in the advertisements for the hotel and on the AGODA site. Other than that? It's convenient when all you want to do is take a couple of days to get some business done. Not a really a "tourist" hotel. More of a business affair. Oh, and the clientele in general really leave something to be desired. They made the stay a lot more miserable than anything else.
