It is good for what you are asked to pay in Seoul in that area
The staff has always been courteous and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was nice, but it would have been great if they gave a breakfast to our son as well. That's a bit of a scam, but not out of keeping with the rest of them. The pool is nice, too, but it isn't really for kids. The room they gave us was supposed to be an upgrade, but the only thing different from the 'family room' and the 'twin' room was how high the ceilings were, and that makes absolutely no difference when the space is not being used in any productive way and the room is the exact same size.

The business hub in Seoul
The hotel is centrally located in Seoul and within walking distance from Shinsegae Dept Store and many nice Korean restaurants and pubs. This is the place many Korean businessmen like to frequent.

Great service and location.
Facilities were great and staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is near the Express Bus Terminal so it was very central. It was a bit old though. They should renovate it to be brighter than its dark hallways. Also they should have some air fresherners around so it would smell fresh like the JW Marriott down the street. Overall, had a pleasant stay!

Good for the price
Close but not right-next-door to main business/ shopping/ entertainment area. That will explain why there are mostly local people staying here. (With their own/ company car) Hotel itself is very nice after the renovation. Staff are kind too.

Stay away from this hotel
Nothing like the photo. But it's cheap. U get what u pay for. Never select this slightly more expensive room type. Basically they are pretty much the same room. It's a marketing tactic.

Quick Trip to Embassy
The staff in this hotel have consistently been among the best, most professional people at every level that I have ever come across, and I wish to say thank you to all the people working at this hotel for a job more than well done. They are courteous, friendly, and exceptionally well-mannered. I quite enjoyed the breakfast buffet, too. There have been some issues with smoking on non-smoking floors, televisions not working properly, and a lack of information regarding the use of the pool. The rooms are small, but I really like the bathroom design. I have always been remarkably happy with the service at this hotel. I cannot praise the staff highly enough! They are always nice and as pleasant and helpful as any in the world!
