Excellent quality at a good price
The Picasso is in a good location of Makati. The rooms are excellent; well serviced and very clean. This is not a five star hotel; but a quality stay at a reasonable price.

Very Comfortable Stay
Checking in and out was very smooth. Booked 3 rooms and 1 room was upgraded to suite which is huge and comfortable. Room is clean, huge and bed very comfy. Walking distance to Greenbelt. Nearby plenty of eateries and places to chillax. Will stay again whenever I'm in Philippines.

Great Serviced Apartment
I stayed at The Picasso in early March of 2015. This is so far my favourite place to stay in the Philippines. I booked the Barcelona room which is incredibly spacious. I also loved the huge washroom with separate bath tub. Didn't get a chance to check out the balcony, but I'm sure that's great as well. The building/rooms are clean as ever and the staff are great. Note: staff do escort visitors all the way up to your room if you have are expecting someone. Something I haven't seen in other hotels/serviced apartments. Not really a problem, just unexpected.

Excellent Boutique Hotel
The hotel houses Pablo Restaurant, run by the same owner as Apartment B1 along Salcedo Village that has gained popularity for its food and interior and cozy experience. There is no swimming pool but for the boutique's rack rate one gets a pass to the nearby Makati Sports Club to enjoy the pool. The building is very small. A decent upscale gallery covers the ground floor. What I like best is the front desk allowed me to check in earlier. This does not normally happen in the Philippines from 1-5 star hotels. The frontdesk is honest enough to admit they are not fully booked for the day that they can accommodate my early check in request.
