Such a shame!!
We booked our client in for the forth time now for the last 6 months, each time she would be staying up to one week, and this last time she stayed 12 days. What is so shameful about this hotel is that they actually make my client wait at the hotel lobby for one hour on her last day when she had to run to meeting early morning at 8am, even she said she will come back to settle the bill from the room service when she check out (because she doesn't have credit with her, and because we are the one who have to check out for her). We understand there is rule that they need customer to settle the bill, but she wasn't going to check out at 8am and she was going to keep all her belongings at the hotel, but regardless they still made her wait for TWO hours on her last day which mean time is VERY valueble!! When I got there i asked to see manager, the supervisor came in did not want to listen to my complain and asked me to be quiet so he can tell me his rules, and I said I know your rules but I want you to know that what you are doing to your royal customer is unacceptable, do you think she is going to run away from her bill, leaving all her belongings to you?? TWO big luggages?? Just her suitcase is already more expensive than the bill and her suitcases are BRAND NEW!! At least an apology, but nope!!! I will not book her this hotel anymore because the service is really poor. And I want to let everyone know how they treat their customers, like we are criminal who want to run away from their room service bill (we already paid FULL for the room btw)
