The hotel's spa is undergoing slight renovations until further notice.
There is currently construction work taking place on the exterior of some of the buildings in the grounds, that means that certain buildings will be closed as they cannot be occupied while the work is taking place. From 9:00 until 18:00 daily, there will be some noise generated while the work is in progress. From early-mid September 2016 until the end of December 2016, there will be some basic site work on land in the surrounding area of the resort, which is not part of the Point at Poipu resort, this will be basic site work including fencing. From January to end March 2017, there will be some work taking place on the headland / cliff area grading and re-vegetating the area to stabilize the soil prior to other construction. There may be some noise or dust during this time.

A security deposit of USD 100 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented at the time of check-in, along with a valid photo ID for verification. The name on the reservation must match the name of the guest who is checking in. If guest is unable to provide the credit card for verification, a credit card authorization form must be sent to the resort by the cardholder prior to check-in, or an alternative credit card must be presented along with a valid photo ID matching the cardholder name for verification.
