location quiet room comfortable bed
The location was excellent and the room quiet with a street view. The bed linen was clean and the bed was very comfortable. However: the basin didn`t drain away in the bathroom. The bar staff were not good at communicating.

great hotel at convenient location

cleanliness, friendliness and location
We had booked a family room but due to an issue of the room at the time of checkin we were upgraded to 2 double rooms for one night and then moving in the booked family room for the 2nd night. Our request to stay in the double rooms to avoid repacking again was kindly granted. The staff was overall very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean. The location is very convent as there are 3 underground stations only a few walking minutes from the hotel or buses that will take you to central London. However restaurants and shopping are only a walking distance from the hotel too in either Kensington and/or chelsea and much less crowded than down town London. We would certainly choose Queens Gate Hotel again on our next stay in London.
