Very comfortable stay in quiet air conditioned room. Very convenient for the RYA, the museums and for the parks.

Location to Hyde park, large bed, staff

The hotel is modern and clean. The hotel rooms were of modern decor although a little tired (door frames etc needed painting and shower doors didn't close). The most disappointing thing was that the air conditioning did not work the fans came on but the temperature was not correct. The rooms were very hot to sleep in especially as it was a barmy evening outside. I also felt disappointed when enjoying a late drink in the bar we noticed some people had some crisps in a bowl and when we asked if we could have some my husband was told no, there were no crisps but then moments later was "thrown" a packet over the bar. (Not your usual bar service in a hotel)!

Not as good as rated in Agoda

Room was a bit too small. Insufficient accessories provided. Some fragrance preferred at lobby.

Great location, helpful staff

Location, service, beautiful surroundings

Great spot if you want to easily access the main city's attractions. Service is good. Hotel is nice and clean. Bedrooms spacious. Breakfast selection and quality good but massively overpriced if you are only keen on continental breakfast - you can walk out of the hotel and get your fresh pastries and excellent coffees elsewhere for a fraction of the price. tube stations nearby (10 mins walk). Nice local pubs in the proximity.

Really nice. Only stayed one night. The staff were friendly and the room was really nice, modern and clean. Would recommend to a friend. Downside was the hotel was rather loud in the mornings but to be expected from an old building.

Wonderful Place to Stay

Location, Cleanliness, Friendly & Accomodating Staff
8.3
I was a guest at the hotel for one week. The hotel is in a great location and beautiful section of London. It is very clean and the hotel staff is both friendly and accommodating. I was permitted a very early check-in and late check-out without hesitation and without charge. There are many, many restaurants of varying cuisines and cost near-by to the hotel. It is ideally located within blocks from the tube which makes travel extremely easy, even to and from airport. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel and will be happy to stay there again in the future.
