Lovely stay

how modern the hotel looked, the bathroom had both a bath and a shower, the lovely comfy bed.

Really nice. Only stayed one night. The staff were friendly and the room was really nice, modern and clean. Would recommend to a friend. Downside was the hotel was rather loud in the mornings but to be expected from an old building.

Wonderful Place to Stay

Location, Cleanliness, Friendly & Accomodating Staff
8.3
I was a guest at the hotel for one week. The hotel is in a great location and beautiful section of London. It is very clean and the hotel staff is both friendly and accommodating. I was permitted a very early check-in and late check-out without hesitation and without charge. There are many, many restaurants of varying cuisines and cost near-by to the hotel. It is ideally located within blocks from the tube which makes travel extremely easy, even to and from airport. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel and will be happy to stay there again in the future.

Excellent location

Location, room size, very clean

It was a real surprise....better than expected. The room was huge compared to the general standard in London. The bathroom was the same...we were very happy! The hotel was spotless. We did not eat at the hotel therefore cannot comment on this. The location was perfect. There were two subway stations very close by and it was a five minute walk to Hyde Park, Kensington Palace and excellent shopping. I would diffently return to this hotel!

Bad Hotel Experience

Only Location

Extremely awful hotel management and staff performance (in particular ridiculous attitude)!!! I simply don't want to recall any bad memory from this horrible hotel. I believe they have done their job very well. This Queen's Gate Hotel should only be given 3 stars or lower instead of 4. The Only good thing about this hotel is location, it is very close to Imperial College.
