Disappointing Experience!!

Gym, Location
Stayed from Feb 2nd to Feb 7th. Very disappointing this time. I am a frequent traveler and this is my fourth time staying in Queeny's in the last 6 months. Even though I could afford a higher rated hotel, this has been my choice all the time because of location and the gym which is my favorite. But this time it was a different story all together. First of all, its OK for the staff to smile a little, even if its for an Indian guest. Its the fundamental principle of hospitality industry. As soon as I entered my room, I noticed the bath room had a stale stink as if it had not been cleaned for a month. I asked for a different room or at least my previous choices, the manager replied this is the only room available. So no choice so I took it. As soon as I walked into the balcony I saw a pile of pizza boxes, cigarette butts, rotten pizza crusts, and god knows what not which were all nicely contributing the stench. I asked the manager to get it cleaned. Two nights and 4 reminders later, they took the trouble to clean it up. Of course, the worst was yet to come. I went to their so called Sky Grill and ordered something as simple as half tandoori chicken and waited for 2 hours (YES 2 HOURS) and they didn't deliver my food. Almost every other table (3 or 4 of them out of which 2 were non Indian tourists) was served even though they came after me. May be this is their way of forcing people order room service for which they usually charge a premium. Overall, a very bad experience this time and even though I will miss the Gym, I don't think I can go back there.
