Best Boutique Hotel
I have stayed in this hotel three times now and my stay has always been pleasant. Staff at reception is friendly. My feedback comments about the food menu re : banana fritters. You use to have the best in town in my opinion, since you changed the cook, the banana fritters with cheese is not tasty as he/she ( the cook) puts the kraft singles slice which taste like plastic, Previously the former cook use to grate cheese on the fried banana and drizzle with honey.

Ranee Suites
Helpful staff, location and interesting design
Staff at the hotel were incredible friendly and helpful. On arrival at the hotel I discovered that I had lost my bank card, the staff really went out of their way to help me contact my bank by phone and then by internet. Thanks to them I was able to relax and enjoy my stay in Kuching!

Excellent stay
Stylish hotel in the heart of the city. Well located. Took a taxi to bako national park from the hotel which only took 30mins.

The hotel is fantastically designed inside in a great location to explore Kuching. Rooms are modern and a good size. Unfortunately customer service is where it falls down, I have been living in Asia for over a year and I'm used to Malaysian customer service but this proved worse. First there were issues with WIFI, we booked an early breakfast which was forgotten, the room key did not open the room door first time, we had a power problem within the room each time we had to repeatedly ask for assistance, it seemed worse as staff handed over at the end of shift because messages did not seem to be relayed. Having said that breakfast was tasty and the staff were friendly the room was always cleaned to a high standard. A little polish and some customer service training this place would be a gem, I can see why it's so highly rated on trip advisor just a shame we had a poor experience.
