Great value for money
The airport (green bus) stops across the road from the hotel, that was great.

Facilities are basic and pretty run-down. We had a street facing room that was very loud. Breakfast was plentiful, but not particularly outstanding. It is obvious that thus place used to be very pretty and luxurious at some point. But it has been run down. Now the paint is peeling, the staff doesn't care, and everything is decaying. Its former glory is still visible, and everything is clean. It's just a shame to see a place like this wasted.

The hotel room looked nothing like those on the website. It was shabby and the furniture was worn. Our room (for 2) had one double an 3 twin beds. All were very uncomfortable. We were told the room would be quite, but the noise from the railcars was very loud throughout the night. The location was the only good thing about the hotel.

Wonderful friendly, helpful staff
This hotel is about 7 minute from the temple area, trinity college and the river. The hotel room was spacious with plenty of hot water with good pressure. The breakfast was good and there is a bar on site for the evening . A very pleasant stay with very helpful and friendly staff

More of a 2 star hotel
Bed was very uncomfortable and hard. Bathroom had tiles falling off the wall. Too much dirt and mould around taps and shower etc. Water came out brown from the bath taps.. very disappointed definitely not worth the money. Would not stay again.

Not 3 stars
This is a 2 star hotel. To me, a budget business hotel is 3 stars (Best Western, Ramada Inn). The RCH was fairly clean but outdated (hot and cold water from two different taps, worn carpets, water rings on furniture). If you are looking to just spend the night (as opposed to relaxing) in a clean place in an okay location (10 minutes from Temple Bar), then this is it but only if you get a decent price. For the price I paid (and no breakfast included), I was disappointed. The front desk was friendly and polite.

Ok... A little bit noisy
The room was ok. There was some lack of silence because the hotel was next to railways. Breakfast was ok. When I arrived to the hotel the receptionist was friendly and my check-in went smoothly. But when I check-out the male receptionist didn't care at all how my stay in the hotel went or did I have pleasant stay in the hotel.

Great hotel
we found the hotel and the staff to be really great. We were able to obtain a great rate by looking early.
