Ripped off at Ripley

Clean, quiet, and accomodating
The desk called us an early morning can which had no meter. The driver charged us a special rate which was €9 more than we paid coming in on a metered taxi. Hmmmm sounds like the driver got the special deal.

Not bad for the money

Bed and the breakfast
Did what it said on the tin! Bed was very comfy and room was clean. It has seen better days but not that bad.

locstion good quite clean but no atmosphere

The hotel is comfortable old but clean. The staff are absent. The hotel bar has no atmosphere and the place is deaf. The hotel is very well located and there is a man at front all night additionally car parking is very handy.i thi k its expensive and wouldn't recommend it if you want to experience traditional Irish welcome

Short but pleasing stay.

Cleanliness,quietness and location
Very brief visit. Pleased that baggage room freed us up for our walk around Dublin,as we arrived early morning, from the South East of Ireland. Staff very helpful, but cannot comment on breakfast or food as we left at 6.00am. Very close to Busaras for bus to Airport and had peaceful night in quiet room. Got good price and would have no hesitation in returning. Thankyou.

short break

staff were very helpful, friendly location was good although looked a little run down from outside.
Didnt spend a lot of time in hotel as sightseeing all day and ate out at night. Having railway right next to hotel read was a problem to some people. Never heard a thing !! Our stay was very quiet rooms large and comfortable. Staff were lovely reception very helpful and information desk couldn't do enough. Breakfast was ok plenty choice but cooked was budget but edible. Overall stay was value for money.

Awakened to the singing of birds, what joy!

Location very central, friendly helpful staff, good variety of food for breakfast.
See above comments. Room cosy and comfortable. Receptionists very efficient and helpful taking telephone messages.

Some of the budget hotel better than it.

Food, Staff and nothing else.
First, the location of the hotel are fine, it's just near the city central which easy get access for everything. The staff are friendly as well. The most perfect thing is the hotel breakfast, it is simple but my friends and I happy with it. Unbelievable it is a 3-start hotel, the hotel look old and at the same time its look dirty. But what you paid then what you get, It is value for money.
