Needs updating

The concierge at the entrance was very helpful and friendly. The reception staff were very accommodating when I asked for a better room (on arrival the bthroom floor of my room was dirty and the carpe
The plumbing in the shower/bathtub could not be used without the water going everywhere. This made the floor dangerously slippery. Also, the faucets could not be reached without climbing into the bathtub or moving the glass door so that it seemed almost to break. It would be nice if the fire doors in the hallways opened automatically since it is impossible to get through with heavy suitcases. I am sorry but I would not stay there again.

Mid week break

Big spacious room, location and reasonable price.
Good but bar and residents bar closed early maybe this was due to mid week hours. Decor could do with a little updating but a relaxing few days and good value for money.

Very basic accommodation

Location and staff friendly that was all
Accommodation was very basic, disgrace they can charge this amount of money for a room just because Ed Sheeran was at Croke Park, don't think I would stay here again

hotel review

The location, the staff and the food
It was good but felt that it needed some deep cleaning in areas, the bedding and towels were clean and overall cleanliness in the rooms were okay. The reception and lounge are very dark and not a welcoming area to sit, the bar area is brighter.

Ideal for city centre

Very friendly Dublin doorman who organised a taxi after ours failed to arrive. Efficiency - it was hot and on request they organised fans for the room. Staff friendliness in genral
We had stayed before. Love the hotel for its proximity to the City cnetre. Friendliness, good breakfast with plenty of choice and nice bar. We cannot comment on the Dining as we did not eat there otherwise. I would not hesitate to stay there again or recommend it to friends!
