Won't go again. Bed bugs!
I understand living standard in London is high and so no complaint on high price for a very small room without a fridge and a chair. But I cannot accept bed bugs and the response of the reception staff (an Indian man). I showed to him the bites on my arms and neck and he only agreed to change the bed sheets and told he was a middle management only. Means can't help more than that. The location of hotel is perfect. It is on a quiet street and only 5 min walk to Paddington station. But there are lots of small hotels on the same street. No grounds to choose one with bed bugs.

Small but good
The staff was super friendly. The room was for 4 people but it was super small. There was not enough shelves/areas to put 4 people's items. The bathroom was so small that every time I changed I hit my knee on the sink. But hey, I wasn't in London to chill in a hotel room. Great location!!

Comfortable stay and value for money
Great hotel if you are looking for a no frills place to stay. The English breakfast was simple but nice. Try the ham and sausage.

Disappointed experience
Very Small room, DARK room can’t even read a book, broken toilet door, ultra mini bath space, dirty floor, smelly kettle, lift out of service, dust causes allergies ...... OMG ! Is it really a hotel ?

photos not like website
I booked the room because of the large windows, but wasn't able to get a room that I could look out of, neither in front or back. We stayed in a small room with the bed touching the wall on one side and a frosted window. However, the room was bright and not dark. Good to stay here short term, when in transit to airport. Good walking distance to Hyde Park and beginning of Oxford street. Pretty neighborhood. Paddington Tube stop close, a couple blocks away. Breakfast---good hot food---bacon, sausage, and eggs. However, no pastries or sweet breakfast breads. They just bring you toast. And no yogurt.

Helpful staff, great location for Paddington Stn and Hyde Park
Nice little hotel - compact, clean and light room with good sized bathroom. Staff were lovely and it's right between Hyde Park and Paddington Station - perfect for getting to meetings and an after work jog! Only negative was that the Wifi signal was terrible.
