Extremely value for money

Value, free water and great staff
The stay was superb. However there were several key issues 1. The room door locking mechanism was slightly faulty, came back one day to realize my door could be opened just by pushing it hard enough (despite it being locked) 2. Safety of the room is even lowered, where the windows have split; they can't be closed properly 3. Cleanliness -- I came into the room in day 1 to find out that the water in the cup has not even been emptied from previous guests -- Towels that were given each day were always slightly filthy .. However, I loved the fact that this was probably the cheapest in town and relatively quiet. However it is far from town and any possibility of tuk tuks or red buses mean you have to walk out at least 10 minutes.

Quite and cozy hotel but small rooms

affordoble price
Really good hotel for this price. Rooms small, but comfortable. It has big tv and good aircon. Small cons: room no have chair (i used clothes lockers instead chair) and internet sometimes worked, sometimes not worked.

hard to find but had what we needed

The cab driver couldn't find it and we had to walk a bit from where he dropped us, but once we checked-in we were satisfied with the place. The room had everything we needed and was comfortable. Outside of the old city in a cool, Thai neighborhood with lots of food stalls nearby. For the price, it's pretty good.

As expected for the price

Basic accommodations. Quiet building. A bit out of the way from old city part so it's difficult to get transportation sometimes. Can't complain about the price though!

Very nice place

Clean and comfortable
Nobody speaks English really and you might want to hire a bike during your stay when you stay here. But honestly, I was very happy with this hotel.

only have the advert

good quality bed, cheap, close to Chiang Mai Uni
I had chosen this hotel for three reasons: 1.) price, 2.) free internet, 3.) Laundry service. The first one was true (price was lower than the other) but on the river side of Chiang Mai you can get much nier accomodation in a guesthouse for the same prie and with breakfast. The other two factors don't exists: there is bad internet reception in the rooms of the internet and it is not free: in my three days stay I didn't manage to get into it. When I asked for laundry, they pointed me down the road to a shop. The biggest negative is that the office is rarely manned. When I arrived my Tuktuk driver couldn't find the hotel and he rang several times, but nobody answered the phone. In three days I saw somebody in the office twice: when I finally arrived and when I went out one morning. At departure I handed the key to the guard and he was the only staff always present.
