less than impressive 3D2N stay. 1. Not working safe deposit box in room. 2. Facilities looked rundown. 3. No bathrobe ! 4. No floor mat ! For a lower price and better location, i should have booked a hotel nearby!!

Quality of guest services needs to be improved tremendously
Experienced bad experiences during my two consecutive stay, two weeks apart, relating to room service and housekeeping. Room was 'forced' entry by a housekeeping staff, a foreign talent, using an access card at close to midnight claiming he received instructions from his Supervisor to check on us if everything was fine when we did not even make such a request. There were only two of us ladies, how noisy can we be at night if we were chatting. When we called the Reception to ask them if they received any request or complaint about our room, and they checked with Housekeeping, they said they did receive any regarding our room and apologised as the staff could have gotten the wrong room number. How easy! The next stay, which was two weeks later, experienced a bad room service order. Requested for our pre-dawn meal to be sent to our room at 4.30am and they came at 3.30am instead! This was when ample times were confirmed with the room service staff of the timing. And to make it worse, they even sent the wrong order to us. From our order of one platter of sandwich, we were sent and charged for three platters of sandwich! And this again was over times confirmed with the staff taking the order, a foreign talent. Such simple instructions and yet can't deliver! The hotel needs to buck up and improve tremendously on its guest services, ensure they are well conversant in English, especially its Room Service. Housekeeping should keep restricted from entering a guest room especially when guests are in the room and at all times, unless requests have been made to clean room or send items. Ring the doorbell at least 3 times, and follow with a call if no one is answering and if really need to speak to the room guests. Never should there be an attempt to force enter guest rooms with a spare access card AT ALL TIMES without PERMISSION! Our mistake at that time was we had not turn on the Privacy button as we had just returned to the room. Safety boxes during both stay are not u
