Great location, huge rooms, good service
Royale Club Lounge, Location, Rooms
got bumped to an executive suite which is really huge! spent most of my time in the lounge where there is buffet breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner snacks. the location is right at the heart of town, with the bukit bintang area a stone's throw away. only complaint i have was the inefficiency in making up the room. even though we left for breakfast and put up a 'make-up room' sign, when we came back from breakfast, the room was not made up yet. other than that, a great place to stay for shopping in kl!

Great Hotel with big rooms and wonderful lounge
Royale Club lounge, Room size, breakfast
Stayed for the weekend. Was bumped to a premium executive suite. It is huge and made us feel like royalty. Apparently, Malaysian Royalty regularly book the hotel when on trips, etc. ROom was clean and nice. The lounge was great, being able to eat breakfast, have tea and dinner treats was really good. Location is a stone's throw away form the Bukit Bintang shopping district.

Acceptable hotel in a prime location
Within easy walking distance of restaurants and shops
The location of the hotel was excellent. If you wanted you could easily walk to shops, bars, coffee shops, and a wide range of restaurants. While taxis were cheap it was nice to be independant if that is what suits you. Generally the hotel was well presented and the staff welcoming and friendly. The use of plastics used in the room furniture, sofas and chairs, was not ideal however. In hot weather the plastic would stick to your skin and was uncomfortable to relax on.

Indeed a 5 Star hotel
Quality of accommodation was first rate. 20 minute walk to Petronus Towers
This was a fantastic hotel. We were upgraded on arrival without asking to a room on the 7th floor with a balcony overlooking the pool with a view of the Petronus Towers. The staff were attentive and nothing appeared too much trouble. The pool was a welcome relief from the heat of Kuala Lumpur after a days sightseeing.

Everything within five minutes walk
Good discount price, fabulous rooms and central yet quiet location
Thought this hotel was exceptional from various aspects. Firstly, very convenient for walking to KLCC, the Pavilion, and old China Town. The quality and cleanliness of the hotel is the best in KL , and we've stayed in several. They are very welcoming and try their best to help. Some have balconies, kitchens and lounges. Has a good cigar lounge with large bar area and nice pool. Quite location despite being in the centre of town. One thing is that they are ill prepared for Chinese clients, as nobody spoke Chinese and the breakfast didn't cater for Asian tastes. That said, this 5 star is the best so far and would heartily recommend it at RM300 to RM350.

high quality hotel with large rooms
large rooms of a high quality
very nice modern hotel with a good reception and attentio to detail. Cannot say much against this hotel other than if you wanted to eat outside of the hotel local resturant facilities were hard to find.
