over priced, disappointing

good location and free parking
The room was described as a double superior but there was nothing superior about it. The sink and toilet were cracked and bathroom facilities were generally poor. The end of the shower control kept falling off the light on the mirror in the bathroom didn't work. Overall the pictures give the impression of a modern boutique hotel however the room we stayed in could have done with a make over and a fresh coat of paint. Unable to comment about breakfast however the garden is lovely to sit in and the staff at the Cassis restaurant are very friendly. We paid per night which is definitely overpriced but I guess that is the going rate if you want to go the Fringe.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Although a good 20 minute work to the Royal Mile it is easy to get a bus and if you are going to the Fringe there are venues on route

Charming, charming, charming!

Lovely decor, quiet and clean.
Tastefully furnished. However the bathroom for a single guest was so tiny. I enjoyed my stay.
