It was everything we wanted. Excellent

Being upgraded to stay in a studio appartment. The balcony and views from the hotel room were great. Comfortable and easy access to CBD
All of the above and we would consider staying there again if and when we need to travel to Brisbane.

Great for a romantic weekend

the position (walk to everything), the staff (very friendly & helpful), and the food (excellent)
We decided on a last minute celebration of our 33rd wedding anniversary and my husband's 65th birthday & decided on a city escape. The staff were helpful & friendly, even surprised us with a bottle of wine, the room was large & comfortable, and dinner was very enjoyable. We walked to the Myer Centre, Southbank, the Museum, & Eagle St Pier - all very close. Overall, it was really lovely.

Location, location, location
The location for this hotel is its biggest selling feature. The we were upgraded to the one room apartment but it was nothing special. Lacking attention to detail with the cleaning .

Location , breakfast was good and parking was close
Our stay was fine, our dinner service was fairly slow and the staff were inattentive. They didn't offer drinks when seated and when I ordered a drink he walked off without offering my work colleague a drink. We finished our mains and they didn't even offer desert. Poor service. Breakfast was a good selection but no air conditioning.

Great Location

Location, customer service, comfy beds
We recently stayed for New Years. Fantastic location - easy stroll to everywhere we wanted to go. We got a 2 bedroom apartment and the aircon in our main room and bedroom hardly worked and it was a grossly hot night. We asked for it to be fixed - management reset it for us however this didn't fix the problem. We decided to go out to watch the fireworks returning at 1am to hearing loads of yelling and partying going on in the apartment above us. We didn't think much of this as it's New Years - but come 4.30am and they hadn't slowed down - we were tired and annoyed. This kept on untill 7am - when we finally had enough and decided to leave the room for breaky. Breakfast was terrible!! The food was stone cold, the tables were so squished together you couldn't put your seat back without pushing into the person behind you. It was bad!! But looking at the hotel -Overall the room was great, beds were comfy, block out curtains are great!! Good facilities, clean and tidy, welcoming staff and I would stay here again but will give breakfast at the hotel a miss.
