Children aged above 37 months to 12 years old will be charged an additional fee.

The kid's pool is only for children of preschool age (Accompanying parents are allowed.)

Entrance to the outdoor pool may be restricted when the maximum number of users is reached.

The property's gymnasium, indoor pool, and sauna are closed every 3rd Wednesday of the month.

Guest must be at least 16 years old to access the gymnasium and indoor pool.

Children under 13 years of age are not permitted to use the sauna.

Guest must be at least 13 years old to access the indoor swimming pool.

Shilla reward member point is not applicable at the property.

An additional charge will be required for use of the sauna. Guests staying at executive and Suite rooms are free of charge.

There will be an extra charge to access the outdoor pool Urban Island during the following period: May 28, June 4, 5, 11, 18, 25 and from July 1 to September 18, 2016.

Children under the age of 13 years old are only permitted to use the indoor swimming pool and relaxation zones on weekends under parental supervision.

Guests under the height of 140 cm are permitted to use the adult swimming pool only while wearing a life jacket.

During certain periods, there will be an extra charge to access the outdoor swimming pool except for swimming pool inclusive packages.

Too many people
Over crowded, restaurants were full capacity and too many kids and families.. Can not concentrate and easily distracted due to over populated guests- each room, on average had 3-4 people staying (including kids).... Staffs tried hard to provide best services but the sheer number of guests just made it possible to accommodate.

Too many families with kids traveling, it has turned into an amusement park, with lots of kids running and screaming, no peace to be found.

6-star hotel in disguise as 5-star
Utmost luxury hotel at every single details from bath room to mini bar. I stayed so long time ago I found Shilla hotel made extreme makeover. We can say 6 star hotel in disguise as 5 star. Staff look so formal and more men than women. You may feel secured. It can be pros and cons. Overall, very detailed presentation at all corners of the facility. Plus, they will bring MOYNAT. Bar and restaurant seem overpriced but it worths. Try afternoon tea: the best in Seoul.
