Children aged above 37 months to 12 years old will be charge additional.
Children under 13 years of age are not permitted to use the adult pool.
Guests under the height of 140 cm are allowed to use the adult swimming pool only when wearing a life jacket and only under parent supervision (Subject to Lifeguard permission).
The kid's pool is only for children of preschool age (Accompanying parents are allowed.)
Entrance to the outdoor pool may be restricted when the maximum number of users is reached.
The property's gymnasium, indoor pool, and sauna are closed every 3rd Wednesday of the month.
Guest must be at least 16 years old to access the gymnasium and indoor pool.
Children under 13 years of age are not permitted to use the sauna.
Guest must be at least 13 years old to access the indoor swimming pool.
Shilla reward member point is not applicable at the property.
An additional charge will be required for use of the sauna. Guests staying at executive and Suite rooms are free of charge.
