wonderful Silver Oaks

the staff, all of them were friendly, helpful and generally lovely people. my room was clean and comfortable everytime i came back to the hotel it felt like i was coming home. peaceful and tranquil.
I was at Silver Oaks for 2 weeks while waiting for my friends to return from a trek. My stay was one I will never forget. Within 2 days i felt relaxed and settled into a gentle rhythm that pervades in Pokhara generally and certainly within Silver Oaks. I loved the garden and the care taken of the property. I would love to go back there some day. Many thanks to Delu, Ajun, Anil and Babita - lovely people.

Great service, nice rooms

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were a good size and the views were lovely
We had a great stay at Silver Oaks. The staff were very helpful and friendly and made our stay very enjoyable. Thanks Dilu and Arjun! The breakfast was great and eating in the garden was lovely. When the power was on, the AC and fans worked well. When the power was off, the breeze was good. The location is convenient with just a short walk to town. I would definitely recommend this hotel, definitely good value for money too.

Best in Town

Hospitality, Food and Ambiance
It was one of the pleasant stays in Pokhara. I love the people over there, they are like brothers and sisters. They really care about us and our stay, which makes it so comfortable over there. Five days passed so fast in that beautiful city, and I am really grateful to the hotel staffs, who helps us scheduling our days, and makes it even more beautiful.

Don't miss this guest house in Pokhara

Helpful staff, hotel cleanliness, good location
We experienced earthquake on 25 April 2015 in pokhara. Pokhara is a very safe place compared to Kathmandu. This building is very well-built. I feel very safe during my stay. Staffs comfort our feelings. They tried their best to reserve Domestic flight for us. We enjoyed our stay here. It's worth the money. I would recommend this guest house to everyone who is travelling to pokhara. Good wifi, good hot shower, nice staff. It's excellent

Lovely friendly hotel with great manager

manager, check in staff, beds, shower, breakfast
I stayed here for about 8 nights in total, before and after trekking to Annapurna Base Camp. This is a wonderful place to stay, close to the hustle and bustle of Pokhara lakeside but on a quiet street. The staff were very accommodating, and in particular the manager is very personable and extremely helpful. Rooms were nice, with very comfy beds, clean sheets, and hot powerful showers. The breakfast included with the room rate is substantial and tasty, but the hotel needs to improve its coffee - one of the worst cups of coffee I have ever had. An espresso machine would be a good investment. Also there is a new hotel being built next door, this could potentially cause disturbance ... try and get a room on the other side of the hotel. Overall I was delighted with my experience at the Silver Oaks and would definitely stay here again when returning to Pokhara.
