Location, Friendly

Good Location, Friendly Staff, Easy Transfer to/from Airport
Overall was good. Staff are helpful, friendly & courteous. Breakfast provided but same menu everyday. City bus from airport stops beside the hotel & bus terminal is just 300m away. Since we arrived at the time when there is maintenance to their water supply system, there is no water between 1159pm to morning. We are satisfied overall

Value for money

price and location
Requested early check in and got same. Hotel convenient for the MTR and an early ride into central on Friday and an early taxi ride Saturday for Airport Express. Value for money. Location also good for Causeway Bay where hotels are much more expensive.

Did not meet expectation

Friendly staff, shower and lobby
Did not meet expected value for money. We've stayed in less expensive yet bigger room and newer room. Ours was very old - closet looked moldy, room lacked curtains. On our first day the room also did not looked as if it was cleaned properly; this compared when we had it made up the following day wherein everything lookeed neater. The only thing I liked about the T&B was the shower (strong water and temperature adjusts quickly). Lobby was spacious enough to accommodate waiting guests. WiFi was also okay although only available at the lobby if you did not get a (more expensive) room with WiFi connection tucked in. The hotel should consider this since even the rooms at Mirador and Chungking mansions already offer free connection. Buffet breakast had very limited choices. Overall I would put a fair room price to be just around HKD 300-HKD 350/day and not the HKD 600/day we paid for (based on the booking we made 4 months in advance).

Great Location, Old but Clean enough

Location, Good food near by, Quiet but convenient at night
It was a good rest place. Convenient to take Tram and MTR. Old hotel but clean enough. Experienced single bed was too small in other hotel but South China bed size is just nice.

A good and convenient hotel

Value, location and friendly staff
We have had a most happy moment staying at this hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly, especially the lady who helped serving tea and coffee, and toasts during breakfast, and also the lady who stayed at close distance for our room service at the 19th floor. They are very friendly and always offered their help. Overall, the room is clean and quiet and facilities inside are aplenty.
