Great Stay for Great Value!
My partner and I checked in around 7PM and it was very smooth. A valid ID is all we need and we're good to go, although we're not able to claim our welcome drinks. The location was really hard to find. It was located in a very secluded area. Taxi drivers are not aware of Suez St. Had a hard time finding the place. Taxi around the area was very limited and the environment, I guess is not that safe.

Great little gem in Makati
It's just outside of the main business area of Makati, but for the price and quality it's amazing. I'd definitely stay here again. The staff were great, and the rooms are spacious, clean and simple design. The breakfast was really good too!

too many things not right - I will not return
Check-in was nice and fast, but aircon in room was not working, safe was not working. Staff did their best and fixed the safe, but could not fix the aircon, so I declined the room. Next room - same problems, safe was fixed promptly, but aircon would not work. 2 hours since arrival, I finally get another room (looked like a small upgrade), finally aircon works, and safe was quickly fixed. All staff I have spoken to (and that was most of them) reported back hearing about air con problems from guests all the time. What is the hotel management thinking, allowing rooms to be booked and prepaid which don't have aircon, no window to open (no view anyway) and no fan? Breakfast - what a poor small choice if 3 fixed small portion options. The staff were brilliant - none of the problems are their fault, but the management appears to be completely ignorant. I am by far not the first to complain about non function aircons in this place. Smoke detector started beeping - indication that battery is going flat. They removed the unit, and it never came back in 3 days - is it so hard to insert a new battery? No budget from management? These batteries should be replaced at a regular interval, not when beeping (they should never beep for low bat when guests in the room). Again, management failure of proper basic maintenance systems. The place is nice, but with so many issues ... I will not come back, I go next time again to Guijo Suits nearby. And yes, I have reported all of the above to the hotel upon check-out, so they do know already - but will the management hear it and act? They should have acted a long time ago, so my guess is probably not.

Good choice near San Antonio Village, Makati
Only the two Iwata industrial fans for the roof top resto-bar were quite noisy. As they are undergoing some renovation of the terrace, they should look for slow motion ceiling fans instead.
