quiet, comfortable stay with EXCELLENT STAFF!

excellent, helpful staff; comfortable and clean room; centrally located

my stay was very pleasant! the staff, from the front desk to housekeeping to dining staff met my needs and requests with speed and SUCH POLITENESS! i was made to feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated. after a day, i realised how centrally located the hotel was; i was within walking distance of almost everything i needed: shops, grocery, parks,sm city mall, etc. because of the excellent staff, i shall certainly stay there again!

The door was mysteriously opened

Staff was nice

I have to mention our experience with the unlocked door because until now I couldn't get over why it was opened. Nothing was stolen from our room so this remains a mystery to me. At about 10pm on the night of our stay, we had to go out to buy food because room service wasn't available. There was a convenience store across the street from the hotel. I clearly remember checking the door whether it was locked or not from the outside when we were leaving. When we came back a few minutes later, the door was already open. This really got me worried because there was no safety deposit box inside the room and things like murder were going through my mind. We were about to call security but I thought it was embarrassing considering how big of a man I am, so we had to check the room ourselves. There was nothing taken from our room. We didn't report it because of that. Apart from that, our other complaint was the lack of room service. We were told that the cook was not in so the kitchen was closed. They didn't bother to offer alternatives. The bathroom only had soap and shampoo and the two necessary towels but nothing else. Hot shower was available but they need to fix how the water comes out of the shower. The sheets smelled funny. I first thought it was just the smell of disinfectant. Then I remember it was the usual smell of a very drunk person. The staff was nice though.

It was OK for the money.

clean, friendly staff, nice breakfast

It was OK, I selected a standard room, two single beds by mistake and the hotel wanted twice the rate to upgradde to a double bed.

Will never go back to this hotel again

central location, period.

The lobby that was also the restaurant looked cramped. The rooms are so dated, even the furniture and the mattress. I was working on the table that has the TV with it and an extension wire because the power sockets do not work. This is never worth its price.

The festival of searching for the ultimate goal

Food, fast service anf friendly staff

It was not what I was expecting but overall it was fun.The location was not that close to the areas that we intended to go. It seemed like a safe area but I'm not sure if I'm willing to go back to this place and city...

A very good basic hotel in the city

Next to SM mall, friendly staff, comfortable enough
6.3
It was my second time to stay at the hotel for the annual Masskara Festival. I like that its next to SM supermall so that there is a grocery, pharmacy, fast food, restaurants and a department store within walking distance. The hotel itself is not new, its actually quite old but it meets all the basic needs one could ask for at a hotel at this price. I did not like the fact that the room i received had its airconditioning right across the bed where my head would be while sleeping. I woke up one morning cold with an aching back.

Comfortable stay

Location,large room,room wifi

We stayed here last Oct to witness the Masscara Festival. We were on the first flight so we arrived at around 6am.Since its the last day of the festival, we knew that its very unlikely to check in early. But we went straight to the hotel from the airport(cab fare 500pesos),and asked if we could just leave our baggages so we dnt have to bring it with us when we eat our bfast and stroll the area.Gladly they put our bags inside, which made us feel more secure.I want to commend the staff for being polite and accomodating. We had no issues communicating with them. One thing I noticed though, was the buffet bfast, they dont refill everything. So wake up early:)

It was ok and nothing else fancy. The staff are very friendly and professional. However, The hotel does not have gym and pool. Location is very good as it is located in the main city. They allowed us early check inn.
