Top class hotel
We stayed in the Tower for the second time and I would highly recommend it to anyone in London either on business or pleasure. The location of the hotel is amazing and with it being on the Thames it was great for sightseeing. I will definitely going back.

The Tower location and staff are awesome-they made
Girl trip to London. The Tower location and staff were awesome. The 2 David's helped us everyday map out our travel plan. The 5th floor club room staff were also very helpful. From check in to the morning our limo picked us up we were treated great. The room was nice and clean always. I have already recommended The Tower and I will stay there again.Thanks Donna Kelley and Denese Tibbetts RM 530.

No electricity?? Not cleaned toilet???
Place is really good. You can see Tower bridge ! But ! When I entered room, there was a pee in the toilet.. ..;; It is ok.. but when I plugged mobile phone.. There was no electricity on the wall.. I have requested a repair and no one came to fix it.. I have requested one more time 30 minutes later and then some one came to fix it.. What a lovely hotel..;;

Good hotel with lousy elevators
Room good (executive), little small but that's England, great bed. Sunday breakfast had the longest hotel breakfast waiting line ever. Luckily lounge breakfast was ok. Not good, but ok. Elevators in this hotel really needs a brush up. Several times during our 2 night stay we had to wait long, and by breakfast time we eventually took the stairs. Location near the Tower Bridge is nice. Good restaurants nearby. All in all a good experience

Disappointed. It was a special occasion but kind of marred it. Only 2 lifts were working, bathroom flooded when emptied the bath, finished room service plates were still there overnight, concierge didn't know when any taxis would arrive and breakfast in the gallery was a disaster, no glasses for juice, muffins were not defrosted properly, for tea or coffee guests were having to get it themselves from the staff.

Slow elevators
Stayed 1 night with young baby. Requested 2 single beds and asked if refregerator in room. Reception said yes no problem. In my room is no refregerator. With young baby I had no choice but to equest a diff room. Was upgraded to club floor with view of the bridge. Room was a bit less dated but still not idealfor price paid. Too small to fit baby crib. The staff had to rearrange a lot of furniture just to fit it in. Elevators at hotel are too slow. 2 out of 4 were not working and the one that works get stuvk at level 6 because button stays pressed in. So get ready to wait 5-10 min. Hallways are over heated sio with winter jacket on, and carrying a baby it got hot quick. Location is best! Also club lounge was great enjoyed quiet breakfast there. So glad for upgrade compared to the crazy lines we saw at the restaurant for breakfast in morning! Also took advantage of the late check out. Wished that elevators would be faster and rooms a bit cleaner. You pay for the view and location.
