For business travelers only
The hotel was less than pleasant . The biggest problem that when you check in the staff didn't speak in English or even understand English at all. The room furniture was Rickety and the smell of musty carpet, bathroom was too small.

A very convenient stay
Only real "complaint" is that they advertise breakfast till 9.30, however heaters under the food are removed around 9am so then foods begin to go cold. It seems clear they want to clear up and move on a bit too fast for the advertised time. Quick and efficient to sort problems

Clean and Functional
Location
I was visiting an international school nearby so the location was excellent for that. It is close to lots of dining and shopping and about a 10 minute walk to the subway. The hotel is clean and the rooms quite large but they do allow smoking and the smell permeates hallways and rooms.

Things have changed
The staff was very friendly. The breakfast room was spacious and offered a wide variety of foods. Hotel is close to many shopping areas and restaurants and has good taxi service.
This is the second time I have stayed at the hotel. The first time my room was very clean and I had internet service. This time I was in a very well used room, first of all it was a smoking room, I guess I didn't see the option when I was booking. The room had a very dirty, stained carpet. There were still stains running down the bathroom door, as there was no bathroom fan. The beds were very clean and comfortable. I may not stay here again as there was no internet service in the rooms on the fifth floor so one had to go to the lobby where there were only a few chairs unless you used the dining room.

Very ordinary.
Close to my business contacts. That´s the only good thing about this hotel.
I had expected tis to be a better hotel. Reception very good. The rooms terrible.

nothing special
1) Friendly staff, 2) close to offices visiting, 3) good choces of restaurants
1)Agoda booking was not found in the hotel system but the staff was able to take us in regardless. 2)Smoking room was given instead of non-smoking as per booking. 3)Heavy smoking smell permeated even in the floor hall way. 4)Room temperature was a bit cold at night. It feels like a 2 star hotel.

Comfortable, but the pool was expensive
Nice staff, clean
Good but they claim that they have a pool and I take this to mean that this is free with my hotel booking usually, but in this case was extra, quite a lot extradepending on the time
