Review

The hotel location is good if you want to be in the older section of Macau where locals reside. Exterior design of the building highlights its features. Workers are friendly.
4.7
Overall rating of adequate as this was my first visit to the area. Despite minimal amenities, there is enough support facilities in proximity to accommodate a short visit. The hotel and location cannot be compared with casino operations as it is an older area further removed from features properties and lifestyles commensurate with gambling activities. No internet in the room made it difficult to communicate. Front desk staff adequate; however, limited in resort service. It is a reasonable budget hotel.
Restaurant Tip: Although the hotel is not equipped for dining there are lots of small shops nearby. There are also a lot of banks; however, not as accommodating as US institutions.

Victoria Hotel, Macao

central location, good value for money, suitable for those who are not seeking luxurious accommodation, rooms are clean and tidy, hotel management is accommodative in extending the check out time.

no complaint as I just want a clean and tidy room to take a good rest after a day of touring, lots of eateries around, local cruisine, reasonable price too.
Hotel Feature Tip: easy to get access to, convenient public transport to move around.

Helpful staff
5.7
Affordable and convenient hotel if you happen to arrive at Macau and looking for a simple place to stay overnight before departing to mainland China via Gongbei custom. Pretty quiet location at night time with few eatery opening (we arrive there at midnight) as compare to the other parts of Macau...

Very Spacious Room

clean and spacious room, cable TV, has the essential toiletries, comfy bed, near a bus stop
7.3
I liked my stay in The Victoria Hotel. Just be sure to have the name and address of the hotel in Chinese for you to arrive in the hotel because taxi drivers in Macau usually don't understand English. The room was clean and spacious even bigger than a 4-star hotel of the same room type. There was cabled television. The bathroom was relatively good but there was no bathtub. The location was okay but it's quite far from the city center and the casinos. However, across the hotel is a bus stop so it's still accessible. I'll definitely recommend this to my friends.

Easy Stay

Just in the middle of city. If nothing, you could save on your taxi fares!
7.3
Booking this Hotel will make you experience a stay with the local people of Macau. The lobby staff is very educated about the city and ready to help at any time. They booked me a city tour and helped me with all the places!!

good reasonable choice

best value for comfort, close proximity to shuttle bus to any casino
7.3
The hotel provide good budget choice for traveller to Macau main island. The hotel is comfortable although the space is a bit small. The environment is noisy but it is close proximity to shuttle station and convenience store. Don't expect too much with the hotel facilities like sauna, health club and others, but safe surroundings.

Ok

the hotel are clean, the food there are not expensive, cool air cond.
6.7
While the hotel are so far from Venetian and other shopping disrict, taxi fee are so expensive to get there. the lift, they only have 2. but the staff there are very helpful.

Everything is average

10 mins walk to the border, 5 mins walk to the canidrome if ur interested, nice hotel decor
6.3
There is nothing spectacular or disastrous about this hotel, it has most of the things you need, and nothing more. But unless you want to be close to the border, or you want to be in a typical macanese neighbourhood far away from the city centre, otherwise you should stay in a hotel along the casino strips really
Restaurant Tip: There is a portugese restaurant i like very much, within walking distance of this hotel, its besides kun lam temple, 5 mins walk away. restaurant serves good portugese dishes at much more affordable prices than those more famous restaurants.
