Excellent Hotel

Attitude of the staff. Facilities. Location.
8.3
All members of staff were eager to please and efficient in their duties. The rooms were quite spacious and fully equipped and our executive lounge access was well worth the extra. The hotel is only 15 minutes walk to the V & A centre and close to local shops and markets. The courtesy bus to the V & A centre was an added bonus and ran like clockwork. Thoroughly recommended!

1) The room was gorgeous and spacious 2) The view was awesome 3) ????

The hotel is cold, very cold. The restaurant gave me the blandist burger I ever had and my husband's meat was raw. We checked out a day early and nobody bothered asking why. Room was booked for two but they only do turn down service for one??? It's a beautiful hotel but the service from staff was lacking

Fabulous five star hotel

Great location delicious buffet breakfast accommodating, friendly staff

Excellent. My daughter had a sunburn and the staff quickly provided her with aloe. This made her sleep much more restful. I visited the salon and the hotel arranged for a late checkout because they were running late. Also, I was very happy with this service. The buffet breakfast was magnificent and I thoroughly enjoyed the cafe latte and my daughter thought the smoothies were wonderful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is relatively new and is up to date.

Location, spaciousness of public areas and quality breakfast.

It was ok but some of the staff are not friendly. The fish we had for the first night dinner was like pulp as if it was cooked directly from the freezer and not thawed first. Finding parking in the basement garage was a challenge.

Stay and rooms were great, service can be improved

Great location (right next to Cape Town Conference Centre), Superb Breakfast and Large Comfortable Room and Bed
8.3
Hotel was great, I have been here many times. There was a problem , my confirmed booking and voucher was not recognized and the hotel and I was not effectively booked. The hotel was unwilling to budge. So I was left stranded at the lobby for an hour between 22:00 and 23:00, and had to call (using my cellphone) the call centre in US for emergency help. The callcentre eventually convinced the hotel that they had to give me a room and they negotiated prices basically in front of me at the reception. It was eventually all sorted, but this could have taken less time , and for a 5 star, I expected better service and speed in resolving this matter.
