The worst Westin I have ever stayed
This is definitely the worse Westin I have every stayed. I paid USD 190 for my room, and they cannot offer free Wi-Fi. That is ridiculous. Given that free Wi-Fi is so common in all types of accommodation nowadays, charging Wi-Fi service fee is like charging hot shower water. This is so old fashion and nonsense, especially in Guanghzhou where free Wi-Fi can be so easily found in restaurants, cafe and even in many public areas. When I checked out, they also charged me CNY 0.25 (equivalent to USD 0.04 ) for making a local phone call. Customs need to pay for local phone call is also very old fashion. Besides, China no longer use 5 cents since the 1990s. How would they expect their customers to pay for that, especially those who have prepaid their room in Agoda. Do they expect their customers to pay for such a small bill by credit card?! They printed out a receipt of the local phone call to me. And I believe the cost of printing should be equivalent to the local phone call I made. The whole thing is just so environmental unfriendly and nonsense.
