It was all good.
This hotel location is very strategic which is in the heart of Kuta. The service and facilities are all good, except the parking lot which is very small and limited for cars.

Don't trust what you see in the pictures!!!
We ordered the superior room as all the pictures shown are all looked nice abd clean! But the fact, we were sent to a dirty room with some cobwebs hanging around, bathroom door is broken, mirror looks disgusting, the main door still got like .5 cm gap-therefore the room got lots of mosquitos!! Cockroaches wander around in front of our room! And the room is not sound proofed, so we could hear people talking loudly from outside. On the 2nd night, I couldn't sleep at all due to the loud noise from the chicken kinda thing (sounds like an alarm/something else) since like bloody 2am up to 7am! The duvet was a bit damped! Got rashes on my skin because of that. Swimming pool looks not so clean. Can't even be bothered to jump in. Breakfast only got 2 selections; omelet or fried rice. Definitely not coming back to stay. Don't mind to pay twice as much for a more decent/cleaner room. Very disappointing.

OK stay.
The service of the staff is overwhelming. In spite of the fact that the management/owner neglecting on the maintenance of the property, the staff goes out of their way to serve you and see to your comfort.

Cheap 1 night stay
Although we got a really good price on this hotel, we felt the staff could have been far more welcoming. We were pretty much ignored as we arrived, they didn't even say hello. Checked us in, took us to our room all in complete silence!! Not sure if was the lack of English or just rudeness. The room itself was clean, however we had difficulties in locking our door and we're given 2 single beds rather than a double (many empty rooms around us all had doubles). We were going to ask to change but we already seemed to burden the owners by checking in so didn't bother as we were catching a plane in the early hours. Hotel wasn't bad just need to improve the service a bit, but then again can't expect too much for such a cheap price.
