Only stayed here for one night however, staff were very nice, helpfull and spoke decent english.Room had all the usual amenities with a great bed and shower. Breakfast was fairly pleasing

Good value for the money. Located in the heart of old quarter. Very quiet at night. Great rooms with good bathrooms. Clean.
Breakfast selection needs some work.
Executive rooms on the top floor are fabulous with a balcony overlooking the city.
I would stay here again

Good choice for Hanoi Old Quarter

Comfortable mid-range option in Hanoi's Old Quarter. Staff welcomes you with a cup of tea and a smile. Room, as advertised, had no window, and bathroom was obviously added in later. That said, room was very comfortable, and served our purposes well. Plenty to explore just outside the front door of the hotel. One block from Lake Hoan Kiem, and street food, shopping and bars are all around you. Only went to breakfast one day, and while there were plenty of options, we found it disappointing and wished we had skipped it, since the options outside the hotel were so much better (and plenty cheap).

This would have to be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in for customers service. The smiling staff are so friendly it's beyond belief. All my needs were met or exceeded and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

The hotel is located at the Hanoi Old Quarter, you can walk to main sight seeing spots easily, very convenient for food and shopping as well. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, the airport taxi transfer service is cheaper than local price. Room is nice and clean, shower is good. It was perfect for the value.

I absolutely loved this hotel. I would describe it as a clean and modern 4-star. It is in the historic quarter of Hanoi. I would guess that this hotel was built within the past couple of years. It has a very small gym with basic equipment. The breakfast buffet is delicious.

We had a very pleasant stay. Staff is nice and speaking a good English. They gave us a great map and advices to visit Hanoi. Breakfast is very good and the hotel is ideally located in the city.
