Very uncomfortable due to renovation in hotel room
Location good. Room ok
This time very bad experience. Hotel under renovation so rooms are so noisy. Staff behaviour (specialy on reception ) not good. They are not professional.

Amazing...the room was above our expectations...
Friendly staff, food, the room and each and everything
It was awesome...the only thing which I didn't ilike was during checkout the hotel staff frgot to take bak the access card with which we open hthe hotel room.By mistake, we carried it back with us...then lateron wehad to couriertthe same to the hotel at our expenses...otherwise to stay, it was value for money and awesome...

Staff, close to Exhibition Ground-Pragati Maidan, no frills
I stayed there for only one night and 12 hours, overall it was comfortable, all the basics were Available at the breakfast, service was prompt

Great location but lack of staff
great locaton, good rooms,but lack of staff, very poor linen quality and very dirty & also very poor quality of toileteries
we had booked 3 super delux rooms, for our stay. the location of hotel is very good, Gk market, M block market all very close. the hotel needs change in managment attitude,(1) The quality of linen used is very poor,they had stains all over (2) toileteries used were terrible (3)breakfast quality bad (4) the hotel is running on skeleton staff & not trained to handel guests (5)the managemnet has a winner in hand but has to change its attitude

Nice and Modern Hotel in South Delhi
New Building, Nice Rooms, Good Position in South Delhi
The hotel is brand new, it was built only two years ago. The interiors are nice and modern, however they are not kept 100% clean, there was visible dust in the hallways and the floors and the bathroom were not the cleanest, this was especially visible due to the nice and modern environment; also the sheets were a little stained. I have to mention though that for the price and the location, these are acceptable "faults". The room we got was very big, with safe deposit and a mini bar. About the staff: at the restaurant the waiters were very nice and king, at the reception they were competent and they actually answered questions directly, which as many who travel to India might have noticed, is not something easy to find. Only one fault about the receptionists: we checked in early one day, and we thought we weren't going to be charged as they didn't mention a thing and many hotels in Delhi are on a 24h basis (you check in and out at the same hour), but the day we checked out the same receptionist told us we had to pay half day, but obviously he had to say so before, so we kindly argued a little bit and at the end we only paid one quarter of the day. I still think it's not the case to pay unless they tell you before. Last thing: after the first night, we received one call at 7.45 from reception telling us about breakfast, we were sleeping and very jetlagged so we didn't appreciate it (especially because they shouldn't call unless they are told so), and after being told not to call again, we received another call about 15 minutes later from the restaurant, telling us about breakfast, again we kindly asked not to call again, and when we finally thought that we could fall asleep again, they called again to let us know breakfast was on the first floor. Although I appreciate the effort to keep the client informed I would've appreciated more to actually be listened to when I said no more calls... Except for these very little details I have enjoyed my stay.

ロケーション、価格は良いですが、
ロケーションとプライス。
1週間前に宿泊し、帰国前に1泊だけデリーで再度利用させて頂きました。これは日本で予約してきたのでチョイスはありませんでした。 1週間前にコメントしたのと同じく価格、ロケーションは問題ないですが、とにかく部屋、リネン類の管理は最悪です。 部屋は天井が高く、広めで快適。それ程暗くも無く、道路に面した部屋でなければ静かでもあります。 ですが、シーツは変えた形跡の無い汚さですし、タオルもねずみ色だし、何かが付いている時もあります。 また夜遅くなると、9-10時過ぎになるとまず熱いお湯は出ません。これは何度も以前にもクレームしましたが改善される事は無いです。 シャワーは朝に入って下さい。 寒い時期には夜はシャワーには入れないと思っている方が無難です。

ロケーションが良く、部屋は明るいが、、、
部屋はインドの古いホテルにあるような暗さは無く、明るく気持ちが良い。
上にも書いたように部屋は明るく雰囲気は良いが、タオル、シーツ類が汚れているのか、洗っても取れていないのか初めから汚い。グレー色になっている。部屋の机や台、ベッド横のテーブルまでとにかく汚い。濡れティッシュなどで拭くと真っ黒になる。朝は問題が無いが、夜になるとお湯は出なくなるか、出ても水より少し暖かいかな、と思うようなぬるい水しか出てこない。 スタッフは普通で無愛想ではないが特別愛想が良いわけでもない。 今回で4回目くらいの利用になるが、タオル、リネン類の状況は悪くなる一方で、今後宿泊は控えたい。
