My bad experience
1. The facilities (room) not in very good condition as it's not presentable 2. Show that lack of maintenance 3. The room was very smelly 4. Their staff was not very helpful 5. Breaksfast menu and taste are average 6. They should improve on these matters as they got highly advantage on the location

Smelly room & dirty towel
I've stay at this hotel quite a few time.Overall was good but not this time,the room was smelly like a rotten wood.The white towel was not really white anymore and smelly.Hope they will do something about it.

Overall OK. To step up a bit on customer services.
The hotel is nice, facilities are adequate. However to improve on overall staff customer service. Would be better if "Smile" policy is practiced by all staff to guests. Weak on the friendly and courtesy area. Not being biased but noted that Staff (ladies) seems to expect guest to say something before they greet you . Hope it can be improved. Food is only so-so.
