Tonsley hotel (May 2015)
The spa bath was incredible, if we didn't have other plans we could have stayed in the room. The room was a good size and the complimentary tea and coffee was put to good use.
Fantastic! Our dinner time meal was the only less fantastic part of our stay but breakfast made up for it. Will definitely be coming back.

Good place for a night or two
The hotel was clean and tidy, the staff were friendly, and the bistro food was ok.

Service during dinner was terrible. The manager was only interested in the football. We had and account open at the bar with a platinum card.. We would have spent more but no one was interested. As the national manager of an international hospital institute in sydney I was not only disappointed I was embarrassed. Adding to this your survey does not allow for constructive criticism.. Every one of your points does not allow for an unsatisfied response . I chose skiing as the answer for what would you recommend for this area as there was nothing to be honest.
