Hotel is okay but too far
The breakfast quality is very good. The hotel is quiet and staff is freindly

Suggest to rent a car when you live in this hotel as the transportation charge is expensive.
From Airport -- 1500 B, To Chaweng -- 700 B; Even to 5 min travel -- at least 300 B.
Even no grocery shop in walking distance.

Quiet family type of hotel
First, the restaurant is very good, the Thai food restaurant is great taste and just on the beach. Second, the room full of flowers every day, very nice, the third, vquiet from bus-commercial area

We stayed at the hotel for three days. Initially the hotel seemed fantastic, after a day or so i started to noticed it was quiet tired and some aspects needed a revamp to maintain a 5star status. The breakfast choice is amazing, but again attention to detail each day seemed to lessen, which i think is required for a 5star hotel. The best aspect is the massage spa, which although a little expensive was actually superb, although one session my wife attended for 2hrs was cut short by 25mins. I also attended a thai cooking lesson, which involved a trip to a local market with a guide who explains about different foods and how to use them, which was very interesting. The only bad part about the lesson was you get to choose 2 dishes you would like to cook, but then because they didn't like what i had chosen they changed them completely so felt let down. Other than that it was good relaxing stay

Great food, understaffed and not well maintained

The hotel seemed to have been a great place to stay a while back; it had all the settings of a quality, quiet spa hotel. However, it was no longer as well maintained. For example, one of our beach bed around the private pool was filled with molds, and the only half the lights around our private pool were functioning. During our stay, there was shortage of water for shower on both nights.. and when we called the front desk, the service was extremely slow. Although they seemed to want to help out, there was little the staff could do to cure our frustration. The surprising thing about this hotel was that the breakfast options were vast and scrumptious..

Great hotel for relaxing
Very clean, great facilities, superb food

This hotel was great, the food was outstanding and really cozy place for honeymooners and couples. The beach was OK with free kayaking for the guests. Good places nearby along the beach to go for much cheaper food. However, the food at the hotel restaurant was outstanding but very expensive.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Not for party people since its located very far away from the nightlife scene in Koh samui. Perfect for relaxing.

the management of the hotel is really nice and they speak german, english and french
the hotel is right on the beach...very nice view
unfortunately the hotel did not have any wifi during my stay
they serve you breakfast which is nice...but the portions are small
