Convenient, clean and affordable
Strategic location, room was clean, spacious and price was was very reasonable.

Value for money.
We stayed at the executive room for 7 days. All was good but the choices of food at the lounge could be better. And most off the days, breakfast was serve cold.

Poor service
Poor parking facilities.The hotel never honour their promise about reserving the parking spot.Need to park outside the hotel compound.House keeping poor.Each time the towels provided are not adequate.It will be the last

Disappointed
We booked for a new room as indicated on Agoda and as offered by Grand Margherita. But we were given a very old room instead (>20 year old). Our toiletries were only replenished by the third day. Towels were old and not clean looking. Bathroom lights went out by the third day. Ultimately dissatisfied because we didn't get what we purchased; the newly renovated room.

Good location but service need to be improved
I think the hotel has the best location. We only walk for a while to reach the waterfront. Chinese food is easy to be found and the hotel is also surrounded by many big mall. Service needs to be improved especially for customer service or front desk at night shift.
