Surely, people would appreciate a top-notch world class service and facilities after tiring themselves throughout the day with the temple hopping itineraries. Staff are great,services are fast, and if you had great timing on lean seasons, they even allow you to bargain your stay upon check-out. We arrived at Siem Reap very late, so we basically wasted our one day accommodation. Upon check-out, our flight was scheduled 10:30 pm. The staff were kind enough to extend our check-out time to 3 pm. Th even allowed us to use the facilities even after check out. If you're looking for a hotel that is a few minutes away from the airport, this is the hotel that you should go to. Transportation wise, you can rent a tuktuk that is readily available at the hotel lobby. Also you can use the free bus service (PM only) that would go around the city.

Çiftler New Zealand, 29 Mart 2013	Relaxing oasis away from the bustle Great friendly service in a garden stating with a wonderful pool 9,7 From the welcome drink to our sad departure, this hotel was perfect. The location is outside town, but this is a good thing because the centre is one big party. Everything is close and there is a free shuttle bus in the evenings. , or just take a tuktuk($3 from the hotel, or $2 from the street outside). The major advantage of being outside the centre is the vast size of the rooms, the gardens, and the pool. We enjoyed happy hour cocktails in the lobby and sitting in the pool bar with a G & T. Staff were amazing, and the massage pleasurable. Too many good points. Only negative points I could find are the $4 bottle of water in the restaurant and the fact that the huge swimming pool doesn't have some kind of shade when you are in, under the hot sun. Also the bathroom doesn't have a lock. Minor compared to the magnificence of the great hotel.

The pool area is a beautiful refuge from the dusty city and the rooms a large and comfortable. 8,7 We had such a wonderful time at The Grand Soluxe Angkor Palace Resort & Spa. It is a great value for price and the location is good as it is a bit out of the city and not to far from the airport. We found the staff to be very friendly and most helpful. The one complaint I had is our room's hair dryer burnt out one night as I was drying my hair and it took three phone calls to the front desk and about one hour to get a replacement. It was our first visit to Cambodia. We came with an open mind and left with a full heart.
