Yalnız seyahat edenler Turkey, 23 Kasım 2012	güler yüzlü hizmet ve yeni bir otel şehir merkezine uzak ama arabayla çok yakın olması 8,3 otel konum olarak güzel özellikle havuzunda çok keyif adık ama üst taraftakiodalarda gitmek çok zor asonsör olmadığı için hergün çok yoruluyorsunuz.otelin en kötü tarafı odanıza gelecek ikinci bir kişi için ekstra baht alıyorlar 3 gecede 4500 baht verdim buda dolar yapar normalde alınmaması gereken bir durum başta ayırtmadan otelle mail yoluyla irtibata geçmesi gerekir bekar giden kişilere tavsiyem

Çiftler Malaysia, 13 Mayıs 2013	Not what I expected & not value for money I will struggle to come out with 1 good thing...maybe the cleanliness 4,3 My husband birthday is on the 10 May & wanted to give him a birthday treat by bringing him to Phuket. I wanted to get an upgrade as we check in on a Friday & there are not so many people around. But the staff deny us. Then we have to climb so many stairs to reach our room. About 6 flights of stairs. The way to our room are also very complicated. We have to take a lift from the lobby, then walk around a hall, then go down a stair then walk somemore before climbing the flights of stairs before reaching our room. The worst part is that when it rains, there is no shelter at all. When we were leaving our hotel room to take our breakfast on Sunday morning, it was raining heavily & we have no choice but to be caught in the rain just to reach the lobby to get umbrella from them to go to the restaurant for our breakfast. The food there is very expensive & doesn’t taste as well as a small cafeteria just outside the hotel. Take a walk & you will see the cafeteria that we like a lot & we managed to have a good chat with the friendly boss of the cafeteria. Trip to Patong Beach are few & far, about 3 a day provided by the hotel. In the end, we took cab there (about 200 baht) at night to the Patong beach area. The bed in our room is suppose to be a King size bed but what we are given are 2 single bed joined together & it is very uncomfortable for the two of us. The shower area get flooded during bathing & the whole toilet will be wet. Our balcony is facing an aircon vent & we are paying about $100++SGD for the room!!!?? If you ask me, I will be expecting to pay around $50-60SGD for this room. The hotel service all don’t understand English & have difficulty communicating & also you get charge for every single thing including calling local lines. Will not visit here again as I believe we can find a better hotel at that price compared to Kalima Resort. At least, this hotel lives in our memory as the worst hotel we can stay in as we travelled frequently.
Monica W. Büyük çocuklu aileler Austria, 12 Mayıs 2013	Delightful sojourn on a spectacular coastline The VIEWS!!!! The Pool!!!!!!!!! 7,3 It was wonderful!! We wished the rooms are bigger even though we had the grand seaview deluxe... but we loved the views fr the room and the pool. It was one of the nicest pools we have ever seen at a hotel... and we have seen over a dozen in Phuket itself.. Breakfast was not creative for a resort hotel where most people stay for a few nights at least. Great location, just 10 mins to Patong. Would be happy to stay here again.

Çiftler Australia, 11 Mayıs 2013	Amazing motel from the pool to the quality rooms Infinity pool, amazing room, roof top dining 10 This place is amazing, infinity pool over looking patong beach, 10/10 buffia breakfast, amazing big clean rooms! You will need to hire a scooter as it is about a 5 min ride into town!

Philip P. Çiftler United States of America, 05 Mayıs 2013	I regret staying in this hotel. None None None 3,7 Whoever designed this hotel should return back the money it was paid. To get to our room, there was no elevator access. You have to go up 1 floor up then go down the a flight of stairs. Breakfast food wasn't that great. The staircase was leaking from above another staircase. My girlfriend accidentally hit the hot pot and hot water poured on her lap and suffered 1st and 2nd degree burn. The hotel didn't have first aid for it, nor did they send anyone to check on her. They didn't even recommend a clinic for us to go to. Difficulty understanding English at the reception area.

Yalnız seyahat edenler Canada, 01 Mayıs 2013	It was enjoyable due to the location of the hotel View, cleanliness and staff 7,3 It was good as I was looking for a nice hotel away from the hustle and bustle of Patong Beach. The internet was not as good as I would have liked, but it was not an essential part of my trip so I really did not miss it. I would recommend the hotel to couples that like to spend the day at Patong and return to spend a peaceful evening.

I would say however be prepared to walk up stairs. We had the most amazing views however be prepared to walk up a few stairs for it. Great service with friendly staff who all understood English. The pool also had an amazing view over Patong, we could see the fireworks at night. Highly recommend.
