Very Nice...
Hotel is new, it's so close to shopping areas, 41.st floor viewing windows are great, everybody in Hongkong should seethe city from this floor.
And also, another ground windows at the this 41st. You can see the city under your foots, it's so scary

Convenient area
Convenience area, nice room with a spacious bathroom, the rooms are located in high levels of the building which gives nice view

The room are nice with spacious bathroom, the shower area is nice. However, it takes very long time to check in, there were a long queue and they by the official check in time, they did not have a room ready for us. We had to wait for the room to clean up. The area is okay with few shopping malls around.

poor signal and network

it is unacceptable that there is no FREE WIFI, i'm in 788 floor and my phone have no signal, i try to connect WIFI but their customer service said there is no WIFI cover our floor, if we need internet, we have to go down to lobby... it is really unacceptable that is a 4 or 5 stars rate hotel be.
