Excellent stay! very friendly staff.

Besides the room , we loved sitting in the sofas outside the rooms.. very comfortable!
just one observation, no bum showers in the bathroom- need to do something about that..

This stay was the best of my trip as this hotel had the highest comfortability to cost ratio. The hotel has an amazing location for nightlife and especially public transport and shopping as it is right beside nana shopping centre and the nana skytrain station. Also great friendly staff and a nice buffet breakfast.

Overall our stay was great, convenient location, nice breakfast, in walking distance to train station, local and international food. The safe in our room was broken and they couldn't fix it and the internet was really slow but everything else was nice.

There are no rooms with a balcony at this hotel. We stayed here after 10 days in Phuket & have to say the staff are nowhere near as friendly or accommodating as they are in Phuket but not an unpleasant stay.
