otel gercekten cok iyiydi..
merkez de bulunan Ayala mall hemen yaninda.odalar cok temiz, guzel mazarali, calisanlarda cok guleryuzlulerdi..

bad service and bad room
location, close to ayala mall, close to waterfront casino

really bad air conditioning in room! corner room with many windows and air con was not strong enough average temperature in room was 27-28 celcius
average breakfast, good location for shopping and night life, exagerated security at the hotel entrance... like many places in cebu... pool filled with screaming kids on the weekend that where not even guests of the hotel... not very relaxing... concierge was unable to book our golf tee-offs and passed me the phone after dialing the number... check in counter staff promised me a better room as soon as one was available wich never happened... room cleaning did not refill towels in bathroom and no amenitys...i do not recommend and will never stay there again!

enjoyed the stay. Staff helpful. Breakfast buffet too expensive. clean and comfortable rooms..i recommend stay here in the quest hotel. Its new and modern.only issue is internet in room cuts out often
