Küçük çocuklu aileler Australia, 29 Aralık 2012	Great hotel but over-run by Russian tour groups Nature filled jungle atmosphere 8,3 we booked this hotel on the net and our first impressions were very positive. the rooms were comfortable, clean and the river view rooms had an amazing view of the river. the main problem is the hotel is full (5 to 10 busses every day) of russian tour groups. we toured thailand not to have russian music playing by the poolside bars. the staff were fantastic, especially in the restaraunt. they all have an amazing service attitude and did an excellant job looking after us. we booked the river longtail boat ride and also booked a spa treatment at the brock valley hot springs spa across the river. unfortunately as we were due to depart the hotel 5 russian tour busses arrived and we had to compete with hundreds of russians all going to the same spa. khun mickey did a wonderful job looking after us there and tried her best to keep the russian hoards from the hot spings we were in. lack of wifi was also a problem. the only place wifi was available was in the lobby but the mozzies were a problem. Hotel Feature Tip: The Hot Springs Spa they own across te river is great, but get there early to avoid the tour groups. The massage in the hotel is also great, just need to book early due to the large amount of tour groups.

Büyük çocuklu aileler United States of America, 23 Aralık 2012	River raft rooms are a great experience Room was nice and spacious; food was good 7,7 We were here at the same time as a large Russian tour group, so the pool was crowded )we couldn't get chairs), we couldn't go to the mineral spa (already full), and there were a lot of longboats going up and down the river by our rooms so there was a lot a noise and exhaust fumes, starting fairly early. Seyahat ipucu: Nice place but probably better when it's not crowded.

The hotel is a long way from the center of Kanchanaburi and can feel very isolating if staying there alone/in a small group. The staff service was terrible; they were most unhelpful and not at all welcoming. The hotel massively over charges for day trips which can be booked in Kanchanaburi center for a 3rd of the price. The room felt dull and had damp all over the walls. Breakfast too was shockingly bad. We booked for 3 nights and left after 1.

Küçük çocuklu aileler Singapore, 05 Ağustos 2012	Great hotel with nice facilities Friendly staffs who provide good tips for things to do around the area 8 A must is the spa with 14 pools including herbal + fish spa.. which also allow kids and my boy really enjoy the fish spa.. The staff is also friend and recommend good attractions around the hotel. Only issue is the location and also the large Russian tour group who almost occupy the whole resort.. Good choice on Sunday after the tour group departed..

We loved the view, tranquility and the location. The staff are friendly and speak good English. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: It is very close to the Hell fire pass. Also it is only approx. 30 kms to Sai Yok Yai waterfall.

Gruplar Thailand, 17 Haziran 2012	Relax good healthy Hot spring and fish spa very good for me 6,7 Travel to Karnchanaburi so long time 4 hours, when rode the boat go to Spa are feeling well done , For dinner good taste at Thongpapoom district around 70 Km. Mountain wing near swimming pool if you want can go by quick. I would like to go to SPA again when get a cheap ticket . Restaurant Tip: padreiw restuarant at thong pa poom district very good taste ....

Gruplar Thailand, 19 Mart 2012	Nice hotel with friendly staff peaceful, clean and reasonable price 7,3 if you'r there on your own, you need a car otherwise you can't go out to any where. the hotel doesn't provide any transfer service and quite far away from the downtown. the price for food is not too expensive such as fried rice with pork is 90 bath., but not too many kind of food that they provided in the menu.

Çiftler Russia, 13 Şubat 2012	Good hotel but expensive transfer Pool, fountain, river view, waterfall, activities 7,3 this hotel can offer a lot of opportunities to relax and activities. it has own atvs with many tracks, own boats and massage salon. very good location on the river kwae with handmade waterfall and river with giant fish. 2 good pools with waterslide and fountains located in the nice jungle area. good buffet for reasonable price.
Wanphen S. Çiftler Thailand, 09 Ocak 2012	Large holiday village Nice view on River Kwai from bedroom on river wing 6 When we arrived at the reception desk they said: Agoda, OK, this is your room key. So we went immediately there to discover they were giving us a Mountain Wing bedroom when we booked a River Wing one. We complained and they quickly gave us a River Wing bedroom. The hotel looked fully booked and it seemed they tried to cheat with us, but did not really apologize. The River Kwai Village Hotel is a Russian holiday village, full of Russian people, all signs written in their language. This hotel is a little old fashion and would need some refurbishment. The rooms are clean. The buffet at restaurant is for international tourists, every day the same, and is not what you could expect in a thai restaurant, but they have a Menu if you don't like the buffet.
