Hotelin odalari ve temizligi cok mutlu etmedi. Vifi lobide bile zarzor cekiyor.lobisinde oturmak icin sadece birkac koltuk var.. mutsuz olduk bu hotelde.

It was Mediocre at best...
Poor Service, Convenient location and Fair priced

Service was Horrible, We specifically asked for a non-smoking room and were given a smoking room. When we asked for help at the reception about shuttle bus service, a male staff just told us to wait at the lobby, even the shuttle bus was actually gone. Check in/out also took a long time. It wasn't helpful at all!
All in all, the hotel location is convenient and fairly priced

The hotel has a vey nice facility. I love the swimming pool of the hotel. It is vey clean. Moreover, there are changing room and sauna in the hotel.

I didn't know credit card or cash deposit when check in.
Didn't say Agoda site.
I had pay with Agoda so I didn't carry credit card.
I have to cash deposit at front which get back check out.
Not really happy about this should mention on site.

A 5-star hotel it is
Very Comfortable Room, Attentive Staff, Value for Money

I had a very enjoyable stay at Royal Hotel Macau. Though its facade may seem aged and weary, the luminescence of its 5-stars still shine through through the nice big comfortable rooms and attentiveness of its staff who did their best to ensure my stay was a memorable one.
Tip: Free shuttle services are provided to alot of major hotels in Macau, of which some might be close to tourist attractions and sight-seeing locales.

Good service, good location, good room

3 nights with this hotel was great. All staffs are helpful and service-minds.
There is a public park in front of the hotel. And easy to go to the airport/ferry by a hotel shuttlebus.
