Yalnız seyahat edenler Indonesia, 14 Mayıs 2013	unsatisfied, far from everywhere, bad water supply Good view only at night. 6,3 Waiting for the free shuttle bus from Royal View Hotel at Tsuen Wan West MTR station for quiet sometime. Hop on the bus and had a nice view for around 20 minutes on the way to the hotel, the view is nice, Royal View is located under the bridge, at night the view is beautiful. This hotel surrounding is pretty quiet. I reached the hotel pretty late around 11pm, the truth about this hotel is that they only give you free wifi at the lobby for 1st one hour not in the room. After that chargeable.  Step out from the shuttle bus, got a less service from the concierge, i guess he is tired already, whatever. After check in , i straightly went upstairs 19th floor and another surprise, after along day, the lift is 18/19 floor, so i have to carry my own luggage few steps of stairs, air con was off, but thank God the room is not bad, not too big, bathroom is relatively small, and the water either from shower, faucet is like big then small, big and small all day long.  too bad though. The next morning need to queue for the free shuttle bus to go back to Tsuen Wan MTR, first come first serve. No Free shuttle bus to the airport, either you take a cab will cost you around HKD200, or the hotel have Limousine service cost you around HKD500-600, unbelievable. Thats all my story 

Virginia H. Yalnız seyahat edenler Australia, 11 Mayıs 2013	THE HOTEL OFFER THE SHUTTLE BUS IS GOOD STAFF IS GOOD, THE ROOM IS CLEAN AND SHUTTLE BUS IS GOOD 7,7 The staff is good. The shuttle bus is very good for the guests. The location is not very handy for shopping. But the staff is very helpful and they make you feel you are very welcome with these attitude I will stay with them again and hopefully the price would be good too.

Çiftler China, 10 Mayıs 2013	the seaview is cool. colose to sham tseng where delicious food could be found easily. 7,7 I think the check-in counter is a little too crowded, and the speed of checking-in is really too slow. I have been waited for over 20 mins for checking-in. I think if they can improve this service, everything would be perfect by then.

Küçük çocuklu aileler United States of America, 09 Mayıs 2013	Great hotel...needs better location Food at restaurant, Closeness to airport and downtown, Price 8,7 Must try the Osso Bucco rissotto and Foie gras. The hotel was good for a stopping point on the way to downtown. The price is decent but for those needing to be downtown this is not a good stop. It is 10 minute walk to the next MTR and that is the end of the line towards Kowloon.
