İş için seyahat edenler Philippines, 17 Mayıs 2013	Superb Buffet Breakfast, Top Quality Beds, Great Staff 8,3 Check in was really fast, bed was really great, buffet breakfast was the highlight for me since it was not crappy, wifi was the sad part of this hotel, security was always attentive upon our arrival, front office was really helpful, a great value hotel at par with high emd hotels already with just simple improvements

Yalnız seyahat edenler South Korea, 10 Mayıs 2013	Clean room and courteous staff, but NO WINDOW room Clean, friendly staff, location 8 I booked this room since it was close to Mango Square, a hang out spot here in Cebu City. However, it was not easy finding the hotal as it was located off the main street. The reception staff was quite hospitable. One note about the hotel...many rooms do not have a window!! You read correctly. NO WINDOWS!! That was probably the only drawback. So ask for a room with windows when booking your room.

Attentive staff, clea room and buffet breakfast.n 7,7 Everything about the hotel was great except for the following: My stay was pleasant until checkout when the hotel tried to charge me for the consumption of two non-existent chocolate bars. It was taking so long for the front desk to resolve the issue I almost paid so I could head to the airport to catch my flight to Manila. While the hotel finally cleared the charges after 10 minutes, it was very frustrating as it could have been easily avoided because I had previously informed the hotel about the discrepancy of what is stocked in the mini bar and their check list. Upon check-in I notified the front desk of the discrepancy between what was stocked in the room mini bar and their stock check list with prices. I was told by house-keeping staff that the hotel knows what is stocked in the mini bar and the number of each item. I replied “How about the hotel guest?” to which I received a blank stare. I ended the conversation by suggesting that they revise the checklist to accurately reflect what is stocked whereas I received another blank stare. Be advised that the deluxe rooms are small. I believe it measures about 24 square meters. The Wi Fi is not functional in the room. Finally, the swivel bar to the door blocks the opening of the room closet. As a result, the small dresser housed in the closet can’t be used because the drawers are blocked by the closet door.
